After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us to verify that your order has been successfully placed.

 * Your order will take 3/4 to process 

 * All goods are shipped  by 1st Class Royal Mail 
 * Please allow4/5 days for your order to be processed, deliveries may take longer in the busy bridal season.

 If you have not received your order within 10 working days then please contact Riffat at


 *Because of the perishable nature of our henna products, we do not accept returns on fresh henna items unless you recieve a damaged item.
 *Damaged items will need ot be returned so that the damage can be accessed
 *All other proucts can be returned for a refund if unopened and in orginal packing within 14 days of receipt


*Henna Shop is set for UK orders but orders can be sent out worldwide - simply email your order so that a Paypal invoice can be sent out to you

*Orders from outside the UK and EU are subject to import duties and taxes which are chargable to you once the shipment reaches your country.

*The amount of tax will be determined by your country as customs policies vary worldwide.

*Please check with your local customs office for further information
