After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us to verify that your order has been successfully placed.


* Your order will take 3/4 days to process 

* All goods are shipped  by 1st Class Royal Mail 

* Deliveries may take longer in the busy bridal season.

 If you have not received your order within 10 working days then please contact Riffat at


 *Because of the perishable nature of our henna products, we do not accept returns on fresh henna items unless you receive a damaged item.

 *Damaged items will need to be returned so that the damage can be accessed

 *All other products can be returned for a refund if unopened and in orginal packing within 14 days of receipt


*Henna Shop is set for UK orders but orders can be sent out worldwide - simply email your order so that a Paypal invoice can be sent out to you

*Orders from outside the UK and EU are subject to import duties and taxes which are chargable to you once the shipment reaches your country.

*The amount of tax will be determined by your country as customs policies vary worldwide.
